The Huntsville AIVF Regional Salon is the perfect environment for aspiring or novice filmmakers.
This salon provides opportunity for anyone who wishes to work in the film industry by sharing knowledge, resources, and talent.
We accomplish this by working closely with/by engaging members in local production. By hosting this "film school without walls", members are exposed to production in every way.
There are no dues and everyone is invited to join. You can do so by becoming a member of this forum and/or by emailing me at: tearlach@knology.net
Meetings are held monthly usually the 1st Thursday of each month. Meeting announcements of where and when will be posted in the members area under "Notices".
The gatherings are an informal a sounding board for and about local production.
Occasionally services like small informal seminars or offers to take free headshots will be presented.
From casting to crew calls if you want to enter the filmmaking world, Huntsville locals have an outlet to call their own.
